I ordered a Highland Dance Dress Costume for my daughter back at the end of September 2009.
I believed Sammi, the co-owner and I were developing a good business relationship. I was so wrong.
$350.00 was charged to my Visa account at the beginning of October & the costume was to arrive for her November 7 th dance competition. I spoke to Sammi told her we found a borrowed costume for that performance but we would need it for Christmas. Since that point she will not answer my calls nor my emails.
Now my daughter has been invited to perform in The Winter Omplyics on January 3rd and I have no costume for her!! I am not happy & my daughter is devasted...now I am left scrambling to reorder from another company to hopefully get it here in time and the holidays are upon us.
I may end up in small claims court to recoup my losses if my Visa is not credited. What a nightmare!! DON"T ORDER FROM BENT NEEDLE DESIGNS - UNRELIABLE COMPANY!!
